I have a few cuttlebug embossing folders and kept them in a plain white provo craft tin. I decided I should cover it so here is how it turned out. I used an old scrapping kit from Stampin' Up. American Crafts ribbon (it is on there straight-for some reason the pic makes it look wavy) and I used my Cuttin' Up Cricut cartridge to make the letters. The pink ribbon on the handle is not from American Crafts but I don't know where it's from.
I made a light box to take pictures of my cards and stuff. Here is the tutorial I used.

Wild album
I made a scrapbook for my mom using pictures of when my kids played with the baby tiger and baby lion at the mall. I posted about that adventure here. Since all the pics are pretty much the same (kids playing with a lion or a tiger), I didn't take any pictures of the inside of the album. Only the cover. I used my cricut and the Zooballoo cartridge to make this. I also had some leopard print ribbon that I put on the front of the album (which is a 5x7 that I bought from Target many moons ago) to replace the boring black ribbon that was on there. Anyway here is the cover. Click on the picture to see it bigger.

Tulip card plus Nestability storage
First the storage. I got a quickutz magnetic folder but it wouldn't hold all of the Nestabilities I'm eventually going to have and I didn't want to buy more folders. I can use it for something else. So on SCS someone mentioned running cardboard through the xyron with a magnetic cartridge and putting them in a notebook. That sounded like a good idea but I don't have a big enough magnetic cartridge for my xyron (only the sample one that came with it) and I didn't want to buy another. So I did something a bit different. I had this half size notebook that my sister bought me a while back. I also had a big box of matboard that I got cheap from Hobby Lobby a long time ago and some adhesive backed business card-size magnetic sheets that I bought...who knows why. So I cut matboard to the right size for the notebook (6.5 x 8.5), and hole-punched it with my cropadile to fit in the notebook. Then I cut the magnets in half lengthwise and stuck them onto the matboard pages. I can fit one set of Nestabilities on each pair of magnets, two per page. I will probably make some tabs and put one on each page telling which sets are on that page. Here's a picture of how it turned out-I think it should work nicely. The matboard was already pastel colored so I didn't bother to decorate it. I might decorate the album though.
Now the card. I haven't done much stamping lately and I'm rusty to say the least. Anyway on this card I used: CTMH stamp set (sorry-I can't remember the name of it), Stampin' Up cardstock and patterned paper, American Crafts ribbon, my sewing machine, rectangle Nestabilities (cut in my old red Sizzix machine), Copic markers and you can't tell but I went over the flower with a Spica clear glitter pen. The ink is Brilliance black. I don't think I've ever used so many products on one card. I also put some patterned paper on the inside to cover up the sewing-it looked pretty bad. The flower looks about this bright in real life-the copics are pretty intense and I am using the lighter colors. They're kinda fun though even though this flower looks like it's glowing. This is a thumbnail-click on it to see it bigger and then click on the back button to come back to this page if you want to.

Daisy and the Dino Cuz
I've never had a dog that loved toys like this. In fact, I don't think I've had a dog that even cared about toys. Daisy LOVES her toys. All of them. She's worn out 3 stuffies now (which isn't bad, from what I've heard) so she doesn't have any of those to play with right now. But she loves her Jolly Ball (which is a horse size jolly ball) and her Bad Cuz. Her Bad Cuz was wearing out though-the squeaker is getting hard to squeak-and she loves to squeak her toys. So yesterday we were out shopping and stopped at Petsmart to get her a new Dino Cuz. Just looking at this thing cracks me up. It's just funny looking. She was SO excited to get this new toy! She ran around squeaking it and since she wasn't used to a toy this shape she kept on dropping it and then chasing it. She didn't want to give it up to anyone even to throw, which is her favorite thing (fetching toys). She walked around with it for a long time and even slept with it. Here are a couple of pictures of her with it.
