Trashy Kitty

Oops it's been over a week since I last blogged. Sorry! I haven't made any cards or anything but I am still working on my room so I'll share this project. It's a trash can! I bought an unfinished wooden trash can at Hobby Lobby and painted it green (certainly celery to be exact). Then I masked it and painted pretty in pink stripes across the top and bottom. My masking is not too great. Then I put wall stickers on the sides. There is a lot of shadow and glare on these-the color is actually uniform in real life. I got my camera back but had to use flash because I don't have a spot to put my gorillapod right now so there's flash, reflection from the junk it's sitting on (yep my table is a complete mess, can't even see the top, and I just set the trash can right on top of it all), and it looks like some shadows on there too. I'm not positive if my camera is right or not. I am going to do some testing because I paid $200 to fix it and to me these weren't all that sharp. So anyway:









edit-there should be four pictures. Today only three were showing up so I switched the one to photobucket. I think I will have to start using photobucket instead of imageshack because this keeps happening. If all four pictures aren't showing up let me know and I'll fix them.
